Call for Position of Choral Conductor and Instructor in Choral Conducting Optional tenure track

Candidates should demonstrate vast experience in conducting a professional choir in Israel and internationally. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in an academic institution.

The scope of the position and academic rank will be set in accordance with the candidate's qualifications.

Dr. László Stachó - Guest Lecturer and Researcher at JAMD

The Jerusalem Academy Research Authority is proud to host Guest Professor Dr. László Stachó during the Spring Term 2023:
Dr. Stachó is Lecturer and Research Fellow at the Doctoral School and the Department of Teacher Education at the Liszt Academy in Budapest. His stay in Jerusalem is supported with a prestigious research grant from the Hungarian Government, the Hungarian ’Eötvös’ State Scholarship.

Roi Dayan holds an undergraduate degree in Mandolin, Performing Arts and a graduate degree in Contemporary Music (Tedarim). Roi was awarded first prize in the 12th ARTE International Mandolin Festival and Competition held in Tokyo in July. This is a prestigious festival that draws leading mandolinists from all over the world, and Roi’s success has enhanced the name of the Academy.
