Reasons to Be Proud

Roi Dayan holds an undergraduate degree in Mandolin, Performing Arts and a graduate degree in Contemporary Music (Tedarim). Roi was awarded first prize in the 12th ARTE International Mandolin Festival and Competition held in Tokyo in July. This is a prestigious festival that draws leading mandolinists from all over the world, and Roi’s success has enhanced the name of the Academy.

Jerusalem Quartet as Quartet in Residence

The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance is pleased to announce the appointment of the renowned Jerusalem Quartet as Quartet in Residence. The Quartet will be present at JAMD twice during the 2022-23 academic year, each time for one week, and will hold Master Classes for ensembles in the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Program of Excellence in Chamber Music.
