The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance hereby announces the opening of a position:
Position description: piano
Rank: open rank, half-time, with an option for a tenure.
Applicants must have proven vast experience in piano performance and instruction, in Israel and abroad.
The scope of the position and academic rank will be set in accordance with the candidate's qualifications.
Interested candidates may submit their application to pianosearch@jamd.ac.il no later than 25/6/23.
The initial application must include:
1. CV in English
2. Copies of diplomas and awards
3. Three letters of recommendation, sent directly to the search committee.
4. Links to concerts/recordings by the candidate.
Following the initial round of review, a short list of candidates will be invited to a second round that will include the following:
1. A personal interview with the search committee.
2. A 45-minute explained recital.
3. A master class with students of piano.
Travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the candidate.
