The Orchestral Instruments Department is pleased to welcome Nima Ben David to its Faculty as a Professor of Viola Da Gamba.
Nima Ben David received her Diploma in Cello and Musicology from the Tel Aviv Music Academy. Consequently she attended further studies in Early Music, Viola Da Gamba and Baroque Cello at the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague and the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris.
She now teaches the Viol at the Conservatoire National de Boulogne-Billancourt in Paris, and also lectures and gives masterclasses in France, Greece, Israel and the Americas.
