About the Program
The graduate program is leading to a master's degree in music (M.Mus), training musical performers, composers, conductors and musical educators at an advanced standard, specializing and focusing on a major subject.
As well as formulating a personal artistic statement (as a direct continuation of the bachelor's degree studies at the Academy), this master's degree track is intended to nurture the student's ability and motivation to take artistic initiative, with the aim of influencing the formation of a cultural, educational and artistic leadership. This track can also serve as a stage on the way to doctoral studies.
The study program allows students, each specializing in their own fields, both to research and enhance their knowledge of the cultural tradition and also remain constantly abreast of developing trends and fields in the different styles of music in Israel and around the world.
