Payment
1. Check/s, in one payment or three equal monthly payments, made out
to the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, attached to the registration form.
2. Credit card, attached to the registration form.
3. Payment voucher from your place of work or other entity:Attach an official payment
voucher from your workplace to the registration form, and a voucher to pay
the tuition fees to the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, as required
in the registration procedure.
4. The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance retains the right to decide exclusively,
at its discretion, whether to open or hold and/or to terminate and/or postpone
a course or individual study unit, even if it has been offered for a particular date.
Such a decision may be taken due to insufficient registration and/or on academic
grounds and/or for administrative or other reasons.
Individuals who have registered will be entitled to transfer to another course that
is open for registration, or to receive a refund of the amount paid.In the event of
a claim in respect of breach of agreement, neither of the parties will bear any
consequential and/or indirect and/or special damages, including for any transaction,
loss of participation and/or bonus and/or time and/or profit or any other damage,
in any amount in excess of the amount stated above.
Course exchange procedure
a. A request to change courses will be made, in writing only, to the External Studies Unit.
b. The determining date is the date the application is received.
c. Date for submitting a request:before the third session of the course
Payment required:The difference between the tuition fees for the original course and for the new course
Procedure for cancelling registration
Dates for submitting cancellation requests:
- After one session, the relative cost of one session will be charged.
- After two sessions, the relative cost of two sessions will be charged.
- After the third session there will be no financial reimbursement and registration
cannot be cancelled
In the event that a participant cannot continue to attend for unanticipated and prolonged reasons, which do not allow studies to be continued, please contact the External Studies Unit immediately, in writing, attaching the relevant documentation.The request must be sent immediately after the event leading to cessation of studies occurs.
Continuing study credits
Teachers and education staff should apply personally to the district supervisor in the Ministry of Education to arrange the matter in advance.
Unanticipated changes:
On the dates of the class sessions changes may occur due to unanticipated circumstances.There may also be situations in which a class cannot be held even though it was planned and intended to be held.The External Studies Unit retains the right to make changes.
