Dear Alumni,
Graduates of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance are involved in cultural, musical, dance and artistic life in Israel and throughout the world. We are very proud of our graduates' achievements in all spheres: creative-artistic, academic, administrative-production, education, the media.
Just as the Academy was a pivotal turning point in your professional and personal lives, today’s students and teaching staff are the best of Israel’s creators and performers. The Academy cooperates with many of the world’s leading institutions in music and dance, alongside its deep community involvement in Jerusalem, the Negev and the Galilee. All this, while ensuring our academic excellence and impressive performance ability, and maintaining the special atmosphere that characterized the institution when you were a student here.
The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance Alumni Association was established in order to strengthen connections and enhance the relationship among graduates, and between each graduate and the Academy. The Alumni Association will hold a variety of activities that include general and departmental conferences, social events, master classes and professional seminars. We plan on keeping in touch with the range of artistic activity in Israel and around the globe, including assisting graduates with up-to-date and ongoing information relating to employment in relevant spheres.
The Academy offers you an opportunity to be partners in our investment in human capital – our students. You can assist students by donating to the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are awarded by the Dean of Students, and students who receive awards must undertake to volunteer on behalf of the community. In this way everyone – you as well as our students – become partners in our success.
